Tcher operates a content safety system that checks messages sent by users and responses generated by the AI before they are displayed. This system is designed to prevent harmful, inappropriate, or off-syllabus content from reaching users.
The safety system operates automatically and is reviewed regularly. However, no automated content moderation system is perfect. Tcher does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or prevented in every instance. We encourage users and parents to report any content concerns to contact@tcher.ai.
Flagged content notifications are sent to linked parent or guardian accounts where the parent view feature is enabled. The categories of content the safety system blocks are described in the Tcher Safety section of the website.
Tcher uses large language models to generate educational responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
All platform technology, design, AI prompt architecture, and branded content are the intellectual property of Tcher. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal educational purposes only.
Content you submit to Tcher, including questions, assignments, and responses, remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Tcher a non-exclusive licence to use it in aggregate, anonymised form to improve the Services.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
